01 / The brief
Start fresh. Make the next step obvious.
BET Landscaping had an earlier website Ryan built several years before. The working brief was to start fresh rather than keep layering changes onto the old structure: make the site simpler, easier to navigate, more useful on a phone, and clearer for homeowners deciding whether BET was the right fit for a project.

Build around how a homeowner chooses.
The rebuild centers the site on plain-language navigation, authentic family and project photography, focused service categories, customer reviews, and repeated estimate paths. A custom project form gathers the details BET needs before replying, then formats each submission into a structured HTML email that is easy to scan and answer.
- Site structure and page planning
- Responsive WordPress design and development
- Service, review, and project-gallery presentation
- Custom estimate request form with optional image uploads
- Structured HTML email notification and reply workflow
Responsive by design
One clear experience, from phone to desktop.

Beyond the page
A form that produces an email worth opening.
The form was designed around the reply, not just the submit button. Each request arrives as a clean HTML notification with the important information grouped and labeled, giving the owner a useful snapshot of the customer and project before responding.
- The phone number is elevated and ready to call
- Email and address links open the next action directly
- Selected services and project details stay easy to scan
- Brand styling makes every inquiry recognizable

03 / The decisions
The thinking behind the finished screens.
- 01
Start with a clean information structure instead of carrying the old site forward.
- 02
Use familiar labels and visible estimate actions so visitors always know where to go next.
- 03
Lead with real family and project imagery to make the business feel local, credible, and personal.
- 04
Collect useful project context up front, then turn it into an email the owner can understand and answer quickly.
04 / The result
Simpler for the customer. More useful for the owner.
BET now has a cleaner, more direct website that reflects how the business actually operates: personal service, one point of contact, real work, and a straightforward estimate process. The rebuild also gives incoming inquiries a consistent structure without forcing the owner to decode a raw form submission.
