Build Story / Commercial property maintenance

Complete Facilities Management

A full brand and website revamp that gives a six-county commercial property maintenance company a more distinct identity and a clearer path from service need to quote request.

01 / The brief

Outgrow the off-the-shelf look.

Complete Facilities Management handles snow and ice, landscaping, lawn care, and parking lot programs for commercial properties across six Western Pennsylvania counties. The old website leaned on generic stock photography and an off-the-shelf visual style. Its structure made it difficult for a commercial prospect to quickly find the right service, understand the coverage area, and request a quote.

02 / The response

Give every service a clear path to a quote.

The revamp introduced a deep navy, blue, and high-visibility lime brand system, then carried it through a rebuilt WordPress site. A clearer page architecture gives each core service its own landing page while the homepage leads with the coverage area, emergency availability, and direct quote actions. The Elementor build also gives the Complete FM team a site they can manage after launch.

  • Brand color, typography, and tone system
  • Website structure and service-page planning
  • Responsive WordPress and Elementor development
  • Dedicated landing page for each core service line
  • Commercial quote-request experience
  • Cross-device responsive quality assurance
  • Launch-ready social and marketing assets

Before and after

A clearer commercial story, from first impression to quote request.

The brand facelift

Built to look ready before the weather turns.

The identity needed to feel dependable, commercial, and easy to recognize in urgent situations. Deep navy creates authority, bright blue adds service visibility, and lime makes the most important actions difficult to miss.

  • A more distinct visual identity than the previous stock-template look
  • Consistent color and typography across the website and launch assets
  • Lime reserved for emergency information, active states, and quote actions
  • A visual system flexible enough for four year-round service categories

03 / The decisions

The decisions behind the revamp.

  1. 01

Replace the generic visual language with a recognizable system built specifically for Complete FM.

  2. 02

Organize the site around the four services commercial property managers actually need to find.

  3. 03

Make service area, emergency availability, and quote actions visible without forcing a visitor to hunt.

  4. 04

Test the complete experience across screen sizes and resolve mobile-only layout issues before launch.

04 / The result

A distinct brand. A site the team can own.

Complete FM relaunched with a more professional identity and a website that clearly separates its commercial service lines, coverage area, and next steps. The team received a manageable Elementor build, a focused quote path, and coordinated marketing assets ready for the relaunch.
